SI Building Division is a Connecticut based, full service general contractor with broad experience serving both public and private sector clients. The Building Division oversees and coordinates the day-to-day tasks involved in building projects as well as managing and communicating with involved vendors and service providers. Projects include but are not limited to small out buildings, new custom built homes, timber frame buildings and more.

E.R. Hinman & Sons is one of the oldest sawmills mills in continuous operation in New England. Founded in 1830. E.R. Hinman & Sons provides forestry services and lumber mill products to wholesale and retail customers. We primarily work with native lumber but rare and exotic woods are available for mill work. Customers are received at our showroom at 77 Milford Street in Burlington, Connecticut – Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
